Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7-20 ongoing therapy sessions each week.

• Leverage data to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify your approach based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary and refer clients when suitable.

• Maintain progress notes and documentation while adhering to HIPAA and state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and in good standing license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in New Jersey.

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by us.

• Available for 8-24 hours weekly, dedicating 85% of your time to client sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and skilled in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for monitoring client progress.

• A minimum of six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Choose 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.

• Complete, sign, and secure all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client interaction.
