• Competitive Compensation:
• W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annually (paid bi-weekly).
• 1099: $70–$85 per session (including pay for no-shows and late cancellations).
• Flexible Schedule: Choose your working hours from Monday to Friday (3-8 PM), with optional weekend hours (9 AM-5 PM).
• W-2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians manage a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3 PM-8 PM PST).
• Full Benefits (W-2): Includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, and supervisor support.
• Contract Perks (1099): Low minimum weekly caseload (5 sessions), CEUs, bilingual pay, and cross-license bonuses in active states.
