Mental Health Therapist – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions through secure video and phone platforms.

• Assess client needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a care team to ensure coordinated and high-quality service delivery.

• Keep clinical records precise and timely, adhering to regulatory and company standards.

• Assist patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and various other mental health issues.

• Engage in staff meetings.

• Take part in the development of virtual care models.

• Collaborate with medical and product teams to innovate new mental health solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience delivering independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical environment.

• Valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with the capability to treat patients independently.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, especially in the areas of PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and formulating treatment plans.

• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a genuine commitment to enhancing mental wellness.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
