Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Conducts assessments and provides clinical interventions for adults and families.

• Takes a leadership role in creating and executing service and individual treatment plans.

• Participates in treatment plan meetings and offers treatment recommendations.

• Informs the team about specific consumer concerns, intervention techniques, and best practices.

• Facilitates individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology.

• A minimum of two years of direct service experience with youth and/or adults who are mentally ill, emotionally challenged, or developmentally disadvantaged, and who require mental health services.

• Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure as LCSW or LCPC in the State of Montana.

• Must pass clear CPS and criminal background checks.

• Possess a current, valid Montana State Driver’s License and comprehensive insurance.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficient computer skills to input necessary information related to treatment and associated statistical data.
