This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assess and evaluate progress while providing a tailored plan of care and exercise prescriptions for your patient caseload.
• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care, empowering patients toward self-management and successful completion of care in a value-driven model.
• Record all treatments and clinical outcome measures in our EMR to consistently monitor progress.
• Create an exceptional patient experience by communicating through chat and phone with patients and/or providers as necessary.
• Must be available for at least 4 visits per week in a telehealth environment.
• Must hold a current Licensed Physical Therapist credential in Virginia.
• Possess Pelvic Health Level 1 certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with telehealth services is required.
• Fulfillment of state-mandated CEU requirements in Virginia is essential.
• Availability for a minimum of 4 visits per week is necessary.
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Enthusiastic about developing and implementing a new model aimed at achieving improved clinical outcomes.
• Must be innovative and adaptable, always prioritizing the patient.
• Skilled in building successful and respectful relationships with the entire team.
