Men's Virtual Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Licensed in Maryland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate progress, providing tailored care plans and exercise prescriptions for your patient caseload.

• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care, guiding patients towards self-management and successful program completion within a value-based framework.

• Record all treatments and clinical outcome metrics in our EMR system to regularly monitor progress.

• Foster an exceptional patient experience by communicating via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as necessary.

• Must be available for a minimum of 4 telehealth visits per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current Licensed Physical Therapist credential in Maryland.

• Requires Pelvic Health Level 1 certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Experience in telehealth is essential.

• Must have fulfilled the state-mandated CEU requirements in Maryland.

• Commitment to a minimum of 4 telehealth visits per week is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Enthusiasm for developing and implementing a new model aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes.

• Must be creative and adaptable, while consistently prioritizing patient care.

• Exceptional ability to build respectful and successful relationships with the entire team is essential.
