Men's Virtual Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate progress while providing a tailored plan of care and exercise prescriptions for your patient caseload.

• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care, guiding patients toward self-management and successful completion of care within a value-based framework.

• Record all treatments and clinical outcome metrics in our EMR to regularly evaluate patient progress.

• Foster a world-class patient experience by communicating through chat and phone with patients and/or providers as necessary.

• Must be available for a minimum of 4 visits per week in a telehealth environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current Licensed Physical Therapist certification in Massachusetts.

• Possess Pelvic Health Level 1 certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Experience in telehealth settings is required.

• Must have completed the state-mandated CEU requirement in Massachusetts.

• Commitment to a minimum of 4 visits per week is essential.

• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Enthusiastic about creating and implementing a new model aimed at achieving improved clinical outcomes.

• Creative and adaptable, always prioritizing the patient's needs.

• Exceptional at building successful and respectful relationships with the entire team.
