Member Relationship Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage member interactions to ensure successful outcomes and outstanding experiences.

• Execute member transactions with precision while upholding confidentiality.

• Discover solutions and provide recommendations to strengthen member relationships.

• Advocate for credit union products and services based on account assessments.

• Guide, educate, and involve members in digital banking services.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Citadel’s consumer and business product offerings.

• Suggest suitable products and assist with troubleshooting Citadel services.

• Work in partnership with team members to meet contact center goals and objectives.

• Meet or surpass member experience and production targets.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through continuous education.

• Adhere to SAFE Act requirements, including necessary background checks.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• College degree is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail.

• Experience in a contact center is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of contact center technologies and data analysis.

• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional service.

• Proven success in achieving performance goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to perform well under pressure.

• Possess integrity, accountability, and resilience.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Successful completion of necessary SAFE Act background checks is required.

• Ability to sit, stand, talk, and/or listen for extended durations.

• Occasional ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

• Close visual acuity is necessary.

• Infrequent travel may be required.
