This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Address inbound inquiries from current and prospective members through live chat, email, and phone.

• Ensure high member satisfaction and achieve response-time goals of under one minute for chat and under one hour for other communication channels.

• Provide assistance with order-related issues, cooking and recipe inquiries, account management, and various other questions.

• Interact with members empathetically, prioritizing their needs in every engagement.

• Report on member behaviors and any bugs, while also creating content based on anecdotes and analytics.

• Uphold the company’s values and mission in every interaction.

• Take part in weekly meetings focused on continuous improvement and daily stand-ups.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

• Exceptional writing skills for communication via email, live chat, and Slack.

• Strong relationship-building abilities and outstanding empathy.

• A genuine passion for assisting others and ensuring member satisfaction.

• Proven success in a high-volume work environment.
