Medspa Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Approving all medical staffing decisions.

• Giving the green light for treatment menus (Botox, fillers, lasers, etc.).

• Reviewing and endorsing protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and consent forms.

• Being accessible for emergencies.

• Providing general oversight in accordance with state regulations.

• Available for consultations and decision-making assistance.

• Once vetted, you will have the opportunity to interview and choose the injectors you wish to collaborate with, at the rates you establish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid California Medical License (mandatory).

• MD with a specialization in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology (preferred).

• Must possess at least two (2) available NP oversight slots and one (1) available PA oversight slot (mandatory).

• Previous experience in aesthetic medicine as a collaborating physician or Medical Director.

• Formal training in injectables and other aesthetic treatments (minimum botox and fillers).

• Willingness to oversee and supervise aesthetic procedures.

• Open to serving as a California Professional Corporation (PC) Owner.

• Interest in mentoring and supporting RNs, PAs, and NPs.
