Meditech GL Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized consulting assistance for the Meditech Finance and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.

• Aid in the transfer and integration of General Ledger (GL) data from Sage Intacct into Meditech.

• Facilitate the consolidation of AP data currently held across Sage and various spreadsheets into the Meditech AP module.

• Set up, test, and enhance Meditech GL and AP workflows to align with client business needs.

• Work in partnership with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure precise data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Diagnose issues and offer suggestions for process enhancements within the Meditech financial modules.

• Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client end-users and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Meditech General Ledger (GL) module.

• Proficient understanding of the Meditech Accounts Payable (AP) module.

• Experience in financial data migrations, especially from Sage Intacct or comparable ERP systems into Meditech.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting practices.

• Capability to analyze and reconcile financial data from various sources, including spreadsheets.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate directly with client finance and IT stakeholders.
