This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage with Oncology Specialists involved in the treatment of NSCLC/NMSC and other key experts within designated accounts.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to enhance brand share and revenue.
• Cultivate and expand revenue while consistently achieving product objectives.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, Reimbursement Specialists, Reimbursement and Access Specialists, and Key Account Managers.
• Address customer needs, analyze market dynamics and trends, and formulate territory strategies.
• Establish strong working relationships with assigned accounts and specialists.
• Implement market profiling initiatives covering regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
• Recognize business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team.
• Assist in contracting pull-through with accounts.
• Foster relationships across each account to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges.
• Identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources that align with customer requirements.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biological products in the US.
• Travel extensively and cover large geographical territories.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Oncology sales.
• Experience with buy-and-bill processes involving biologics is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
• Current account-management experience targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• A strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
• Capability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals in varying reporting structures.
• A passion for and aptitude for understanding scientific concepts.
• A proactive approach to enhancing knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
• Willingness to travel and cover large geographical territories.
• A Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is advantageous.
• Experience with NSCLC and/or NMSC is preferred.
