This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Establish and nurture robust scientific relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, researchers, and key healthcare stakeholders throughout Malaysia.
• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific discussions regarding disease areas, clinical data, treatment landscapes, and the BeOne Medicines portfolio and pipeline.
• Identify, map, and prioritize key opinion leaders (KOLs) and emerging experts in the field of hematology.
• Address unsolicited scientific and medical inquiries in a compliant and unbiased manner.
• Facilitate scientific dialogue between external experts and internal medical teams.
• Provide scientific support for marketed products, pipeline compounds, and disease state education.
• Deliver precise and current scientific presentations to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Assist in the medical review and localization of scientific materials when applicable.
• Keep abreast of advancements in hematology, including clinical guidelines, competitor information, treatment pathways, and emerging evidence.
• Attend and summarize key scientific congresses, advisory boards, and medical meetings.
• Identify opportunities for local evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), real-world evidence (RWE), registries, and collaborative research.
• Aid in feasibility assessments and site identification for clinical trials and research projects.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Operations teams.
• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD), Pharmacy Degree (BPharm/MPharm/PharmD), PhD, or other relevant qualifications in life sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience (MSL)/4 years of experience (Sr. MSL) in Medical Affairs, clinical practice, research, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in oncology or hematology is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem and the hematology treatment landscape.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia, with occasional regional or international travel as needed.
