This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as Karyopharm’s scientific representative and promote balanced, compliant scientific discussions.
• Collect medical insights related to treatment practices, competitive landscape, biomarker testing, and unmet needs in endometrial cancer.
• Assist with clinical trial awareness, engagement of investigators, and identification of sites.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and HEOR teams to facilitate launch readiness and evidence generation.
• Engage in advisory boards, congresses, investigator meetings, and scientific forums.
• Support investigator-sponsored research initiatives and scientific collaboration opportunities.
• Mentor junior MSLs and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Advanced doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD); candidates with advanced clinical degrees and substantial oncology MSL experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of oncology MSL experience is required.
• Experience with solid tumors is required; preference given to candidates with gynecologic oncology and endometrial cancer experience.
• Experience with product launch and pre-launch activities is preferred.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to establish relationships with oncology thought leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
