This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Offer healthcare professionals (HCPs) reliable, balanced, and scientific information regarding ADCT, its products, pipeline, research initiatives, and product development.
β’ Address unsolicited medical information inquiries in the field.
β’ Formulate territory plans to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Providers (HCPs).
β’ Uphold medical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practices.
β’ Attend sessions and gather insights at scientific congresses.
β’ Develop and showcase competencies in comprehending and communicating pertinent scientific information, including but not limited to disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, and mechanisms of action for therapeutic agents and real-world evidence (RWE).
β’ Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in accordance with relevant guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with key functional leaders and project team members to build compliant, collegiate, and successful teams.
β’ Ensure cross-functional alignment by partnering with key stakeholders.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ An advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD) is preferred.
β’ MSL experience is essential.
β’ Prior experience in hematology oncology is preferred.
β’ Proven capacity to establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
β’ Familiarity with PhRMA, OIG, and other pertinent guidelines.
β’ Good understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP guidelines.
