
Medical Science Liaison – Cell Therapy, Transplant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in CareDx-sponsored clinical trial(s) in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the fields of bone marrow transplantation and cell therapy to promote CareDx, share the latest data insights, and gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with the medical director and biostatistics team to write and submit abstracts and publications that showcase test performance and clinical utility.
• Aid in identifying and supporting investigator-initiated studies that align with the company’s research objectives.
• Communicate existing unmet clinical needs and articulate how CareDx's developmental products can address these needs.
• Assist in the analysis, interpretation, and clarification of test results for commercially available CTT tests in conjunction with other clinical data.
• Support new product development by defining unmet needs, product performance criteria, and launch strategies.
• Provide clinical assistance for Customer Service inquiries and complaints.
• Engage in Advisory Board meetings with KOLs.
• Support company initiatives during clinical and scientific conferences.
• Serve as a clinical liaison and resource to payers and insurance organizations.
• Healthcare professionals with relevant clinical sciences expertise in oncology, such as Pharm D, PhD, or MD, will be considered.
• Previous experience in an MSL role is preferred, as well as experience in introducing new clinical laboratory tests.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bone marrow transplantation and/or oncology is required.
• Proven experience in collaborating with research personnel and key opinion leaders on clinical trials (both sponsored and investigator-initiated).
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is advantageous.
• Experience in creating impactful case studies, conference abstracts/posters, and publications is essential.
• Exceptional oral presentation skills, including the ability to effectively present clinical data and respond to clinical and scientific inquiries related to CareDx CTT products.
• Experience in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clinicians and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D) as well as external clients.
• Knowledge of molecular biology and immunology is beneficial.
