This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Advocate for ECP therapy and research activities among key opinion leaders (KOLs), including physicians, leading academic institutions, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, hospital administrators, and payers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential opinion leaders.
• Provide extensive knowledge on products and related therapeutic areas to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to and assist with Advisory Boards.
• Attend medical congresses and expert meetings to acquire insights on current trends.
• Share insights and feedback from the field to inform product strategies.
• Aid clinical development initiatives by identifying research opportunities, educating potential clinical trial participants, and supporting recruitment efforts.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulatory and legal guidelines and standards.
• Strong scientific and clinical expertise in relevant therapeutic fields (hematology and/or solid organ transplantation and/or immunology and/or oncology).
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to convey intricate scientific information effectively.
• Proven capability to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in interpreting scientific data and providing pertinent insights.
• High integrity and a strong commitment to compliance.
• Effective skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• At least 5 years of experience in a medical science liaison or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing clinical trial awareness, education, and recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with key opinion leaders.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent).
