This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Reporting to the Medical Science Liaison - Therapeutics.
β’ Establish and nurture professional relationships with external stakeholders to address their scientific and data requirements.
β’ Facilitate the exchange of information, education, and research initiatives for physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding current and forthcoming therapies.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert, delivering fair-balanced, objective scientific information and relevant product education.
β’ Responsible for tracking monthly expenses within assigned budget limits.
β’ Execute all field scientific support activities under the guidance of Medical Affairs leadership, adhering to current regulatory and healthcare compliance standards.
β’ PhD, MD, PharmD, DO, or another recognized doctorate level qualification.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of MSL experience (5 years preferred), ideally with a focus on neuromodulators (botulinum toxin/neurotoxins/movement disorders) and/or other relevant specialties, along with at least 5 years of post-professional degree experience, practice, or relevant transferable skills (e.g., clinical practice, academic research, regulatory/scientific).
β’ A proven track record, enthusiasm, and initiative to provide exceptional services to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Understanding of customer segments and market dynamics within Movement Disorders.
β’ Highly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain credible medical/scientific relationships with thought leaders in Neurology and Physiatry.
β’ Ability to work autonomously or within a cross-functional team, adapting effectively to new structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
β’ Familiarity with drug development, regulatory approval processes, clinical trial methodologies, and relevant guidelines.
β’ Awareness of PhRMA, OIG, and other regulatory standards pertaining to compliant medical and scientific communications.
β’ $175,000-$190,000 annual base salary plus an annual performance bonus.
