This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, professional societies, strategic clinical partners, and reference sites.

• Coordinate the collection of external clinical insights and evidence generation across various departments including Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Science, and Business Leadership.

• Lead scientific collaborations with KOLs, clinical experts, researchers, healthcare institutions, and professional societies.

• Identify and cultivate emerging scientific leaders by establishing engagement plans.

• Facilitate connections between external experts and internal stakeholders.

• Generate scientific insights through advisory boards, expert interactions, and Voice of Customer initiatives.

• Translate external scientific and clinical perspectives into actionable recommendations for innovation, product development, evidence strategies, and business decisions.

• Implement scientific engagement initiatives at congresses, symposia, reference sites, and educational events.

• Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, healthcare networks, and clinical partners.

• Support the generation of evidence, research opportunities, identification of evidence gaps, publication strategies, scientific communications, and dissemination of clinical data.

• Maintain engagement databases, track KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of scientific engagement programs.

• Ensure governance, compliance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent clinical experience.

• Demonstrated success in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Clinical Research, scientific engagement, healthcare innovation, or related roles.

• Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and external stakeholders.

• Expertise in scientific engagement, KOL management, clinical evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Preferred experience in diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, scientific collaborations, advisory boards, investigator-initiated studies, clinical research, scientific publications, congress activities, or medical device development.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic relationship building.

• Master's degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related scientific field.

• An advanced degree such as a PhD or MBA is a plus.

• Clinical experience as a physician, especially in Radiology or Interventional Radiology, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to engage diverse stakeholders across various functions and regions.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to convert clinical and scientific insights into actionable recommendations.

• Commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

• US work authorization is necessary; candidates needing current or future work visa sponsorship will not be considered.

• Must reside in or be within commuting distance to the specified locations.
