This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Offer medical and scientific assistance for Organon’s Dermatology initiatives.
• Engage in scientific discussions with Healthcare Professionals, Managed Markets Customers, and other medical and scientific authorities.
• Identify investigators for pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing studies that align with corporate goals.
• Address customer inquiries with precise and balanced clinical and scientific insights.
• Provide clinical and scientific information that sets products apart.
• Offer clinical support and present data on both regional and national levels.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
• Present data and facilitate balanced peer-to-peer scientific discussions on Organon’s offerings.
• Collaborate on scientific communication strategies, medical-to-medical materials, and research partnerships.
• Assist with investigator-initiated trials and work with Clinical Development on selecting investigators and evaluating site performance.
• Provide scientific training for Commercial and internal teams.
• Support speaker training sessions and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at both national and regional medical conferences.
• Address unsolicited medical information inquiries while adhering to policies and documentation requirements.
• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical practice and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred background in Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology.
• Capable of developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with HCPs, decision makers, and organizations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Skilled at identifying medical engagement opportunities and advancing scientific engagement objectives.
• Knowledgeable in clinical research methodologies.
• Proficient in independently assessing and interpreting scientific materials.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50% of the time.
• Competent in managing multiple programs, prioritizing tasks, and working autonomously.
• Experience in conveying key messages to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to meet relevant travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites.
