This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide medical and scientific assistance for Organon’s Dermatology initiatives
• Engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionals, managed markets clients, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and other relevant parties
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, advocacy groups, payers, decision-makers, and stakeholders
• Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical proficiency in dermatology
• Deliver balanced peer-to-peer scientific conversations regarding Organon’s products
• Collaborate on scientific communication strategies, medical materials, and research initiatives
• Facilitate investigator-initiated trials and work together with Clinical Development on investigator selection, relationships, and site performance/recruitment
• Support scientific training for Commercial and internal teams
• Provide expertise for speaker training and advisory boards
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical conferences
• Address unsolicited medical information inquiries in line with policies and documentation requirements
• Provide clinical support and data presentations both regionally and nationally
• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent qualifications
• 5 years of clinical practice and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred background in Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology
• Ability to develop and nurture collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in individual and group environments
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proven capability to identify medical engagement opportunities and achieve scientific engagement objectives
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies
• Ability to independently assess and effectively translate scientific information credibly
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50%
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in presenting key messages to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Ability to meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites
• Valid driving license is listed but no specific requirement is provided
