Medical Journey Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and provide content that aids students throughout their application process.

• Review and consistently improve Medify’s medical applicant experience through captivating written and visual materials.

• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience.

• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that new features are accompanied by top-notch educational content.

• Assist in crafting a smooth and motivating learning experience for students from their application through to medical school.

• Oversee the production workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of various editorial projects.

• Coordinate and provide support to a network of freelance writers, illustrators, and copy editors.

• Team up with Product Marketing to relay updates about industry trends and product developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry, or Education.

• A postgraduate qualification in Medical Education (PGCert, PGDip, MSc, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Fellowship or Membership with a recognized Medical Education organization (e.g., FHEA or FAcadMEd).

• Comprehensive understanding of the medical school application process (first-hand experience is a notable advantage).

• Experience in coordinating the production of digital content.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Familiarity with instructional design or curriculum development is desirable.
