This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage all incoming MedWatch calls, including initiating cases, completing call logs, forwarding calls, providing updates on case status, and sharing claims phone numbers.
• Conduct outgoing calls for demos, case-completion details, Bill to Dates, and Discharge dates.
• Complete incoming electronic Webcert submissions.
• Dispatch CM Reports/Invoices and Path letters for MedWatch cases.
• Handle responses to incoming Path letters.
• Attach and distribute 100 to 200 faxes daily, occasionally opening cases from received faxes.
• Call DMTHR patients to introduce the nurse and the program before transferring cases to the DM nurse.
• Receive calls from DMTHR patients, explain the program, and transfer them to the DM nurse.
• Review nurse emails for various case requests, case openings, and changes in information.
• Monitor the CM Inbox and respond to emails regarding new CM cases and UR procedures.
• Verify, amend, and finalize patient and provider demographic information.
• Address fax failures by researching fax numbers and manually re-faxing as required.
• Fax PA Reviews for nurses.
• Create cheat sheets, documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Set follow-up dates for HRAs in DM.
• Manage mailing for UR, CM, and DM.
• Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma.
• Exceptional data entry and typing abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Capacity to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
• Some experience in a call center or customer service setting.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to tolerate stress and work effectively in a team setting.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Skilled in tactfully and diplomatically managing difficult situations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
