This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare several targeted needs assessments and grant proposals each week (approximately 3-4) by developing comprehensive literature reviews and refining themes, learning objectives, and agendas.
• Collaborate with faculty, the VP of Educational Development, and the CMO to clarify the educational requirements.
• Use quotes and outcomes as necessary to substantiate the educational need.
• Oversee the coordination, review, and finalization of grant application sections in accordance with the requirements of supporters’ grant portals, including grant summaries and letters of request.
• Aid in the creation of grant template documents for future grant development needs and manage all grant templates.
• Identify Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Calls for Grant Applications (CGAs) within the dermatology field.
• Maintain reports on supporter and grant statuses.
• Work with CME accrediting organizations throughout the relevant phases of the process.
• Analyze activity outcome data to determine educational uptake, unmet needs, and gaps.
• Collaborate closely with the grants manager/coordinator to facilitate the submission of proposals.
• Ensure all grant submissions adhere to timelines, being submitted punctually and within defined scopes.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in continuing medical education.
• Familiarity with regulations governing medical education and current industry trends.
• Ability to rapidly familiarize oneself with new diseases and conditions.
• Proficiency in researching, compiling, and analyzing clinical and scientific evidence efficiently.
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
• In-depth understanding of the AMA Style Guide.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Capability to integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and product quality.
