Lead Medical Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of medical writing strategies for clinical research initiatives.

• Assume responsibility for medical writing outputs, utilizing your expertise to tackle intricate challenges.

• Draft, review, and refine clinical study documents to guarantee accuracy and clarity.

• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to interpret and analyze clinical trial data.

• Aid in the formulation of publication plans, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior medical writers, offering guidance on best practices and scientific principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Expertise in interpreting and summarizing intricate clinical trial data, scientific research findings, and statistical analyses, along with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Solid understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA) that govern the preparation and submission of clinical documents and publications, as well as experience engaging with regulatory agencies during the review and approval phases.

• Proven capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, handling multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks according to project timelines and deliverables.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
