This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Overseeing the overall editorial quality of medical communications materials.
• Providing medical editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and style.
• Conducting fact-checking on content.
• Proofreading and refining written copy.
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project style guides.
• Managing Veeva Vault submissions and maintaining the reference library.
• Collaborating with Editorial Services, Medical Services, and Creative Services teams to guarantee that deliverables meet high standards.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in science or English).
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical editing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as an editor within a medical communications agency or the marketing department of a pharmaceutical company.
• Familiarity with agency workflow processes.
• Experience with electronic document review systems.
