📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinical liaison for partner providers across various regions, embodying Cadence’s care model with clinical authority and uniformity.

• Collaborate with PRMs during clinic visits and manage ongoing relationships to enhance long-term program engagement.

• Articulate the clinical rationale behind Cadence’s care protocols, data practices, and service offerings.

• Oversee the onboarding and training process for new clinic partners.

• Address provider concerns with empathy, clinical insight, and structured follow-up to strengthen partner relationships.

• Convert field insights into actionable intelligence for clinical, product, and engineering teams, directly contributing to service enhancements and care model adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification and an active NP license are mandatory (ANCC or AANP).

• Multi-state compact RN licensure is preferred; candidates should be willing to obtain additional state licensure as Cadence expands into new markets.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related field.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clinicians and clinical leadership across various practice settings.

• Familiarity with RPM, CCM, APCM, or similar digital health frameworks, including associated Medicare billing and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, and Slack; comfort with AI tools is preferred.

• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 2 to 3 days per week, with flexibility based on partner needs; candidates must reside in the U.S. and live within a reasonable distance of a major airport.
