Medical Director – Clinical Quality Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical leadership and expertise in crafting quality improvement strategies and special initiatives to bolster the enterprise quality organization.

• Provide guidance to teams regarding methods for enhancing or modifying their programs or products.

• Lead the clinical aspects of the environmental resiliency portfolio: oversee research, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and present findings to both internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate across various teams to assess clinical products and programs for clinical precision and substantiation.

• Exhibit adaptability and resilience while navigating a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.

• Show enthusiasm for data and project initiatives within a complex, large-scale organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of clinical experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in Healthcare Quality Leadership.

• At least 2 years of familiarity with Healthcare regulations, quality measurement, and quality improvement methodologies.

• An advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field is preferred.

• Preferred experience in clinical program development, healthcare operations, and management.

• Experience in clinical research is preferred.
