This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide both direct (patient-facing) and indirect (provider-to-provider) virtual cardiometabolic specialty care.
• Ensure clinical oversight for cardiometabolic health programs for assigned clients, guaranteeing safe, effective, and compliant care while offering strategic advice to meet quality standards and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with front-line clinical teams and cross-functional groups to design, pilot, and expand innovative integrated cardiometabolic care models.
• Convert population health data and risk stratification into actionable care pathways.
• Work alongside internal teams—including sales, marketing, and client-facing groups—offering clinical expertise for crucial presentations and discussions.
• Represent Teladoc Health in external discussions related to chronic condition management and innovations in cardiometabolic care.
• Collaborate with our Clinical Research team to produce evidence and insights for white papers and peer-reviewed publications demonstrating the effectiveness of our cardiometabolic solutions.
• MD/DO with fellowship training in Endocrinology or Cardiology focused on cardiometabolic conditions; an active medical license is required.
• Over 3 years of direct patient care experience following fellowship completion.
• Proven experience in virtual care delivery, digital health, or healthcare technology, with a capacity to adapt to rapid changes and uncertainties.
• Expertise in designing evidence-based clinical care models, clinical quality improvement, and measuring outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams, including operations, product, engineering, marketing, commercial, and other functions within a highly matrixed corporate environment.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail; ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings with competing priorities.
