This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the overall client experience within your designated territory and oversee customer relationships after implementation.
β’ Clearly communicate the value of our service line and assist in addressing customer inquiries.
β’ Collaborate across various departments including Sales, Marketing, IT, Implementation, Operations, Clinical, and Contracts to advance client initiatives throughout the organization.
β’ Conduct monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with your portfolio of clients, as well as on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
β’ Directly shape the experiences of our clients at the executive leadership level and serve as the escalation point for any satisfaction-related concerns.
β’ Balance the responsibilities of a client advocate with that of a strong representative for Access TeleCare, requiring minimal supervision.
β’ Engage in frequent travel within your assigned territory and to corporate offices.
β’ Travel 30-40% within your territory and to corporate locations.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing account management role within the healthcare sector or a related field.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health domain is advantageous.
β’ Capability to employ strategic, critical, and analytical thinking to resolve customer issues and requests.
β’ Strong comfort level in communicating with and/or presenting to employees at all levels within a hospital environment (C-suite, clinical leaders, nurses, physicians, credentialing, quality, and IT personnel).
β’ Prepared to serve as the subject matter expert on your clients for internal Access TeleCare stakeholders, providing insights on trends, issues, and opportunities that can enhance product offerings and operations.
β’ Highly organized with a focus on project management.
β’ Preference for working with existing clients rather than prospecting for new business.
β’ Proven experience using CRM applications (Dynamics and Salesforce) for documentation and information gathering.
β’ Proficient in clearly communicating information using Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to organize data for effective communication during face-to-face, video, or phone meetings (both internally and externally).
β’ Capability to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio of clients.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Must be willing to travel 30-40% within your territory and to corporate offices.
β’ Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
