• Possession of a current, unrestricted Ohio license/certification & US board certification.

• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.

• Capability to attend all mandatory orientation and training sessions.

• Maintain necessary credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required for the position.
