Médica Ginecologista e Obstetra – Programa de Gestantes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote health monitoring sessions lasting 20 minutes with pregnant women, providing guidance on care during pregnancy, general health, tests, nutrition, physical exercise, emotional health, birth plans, delivery, and postpartum care until the puerperium.

• Offer information and guidance on prenatal care, emphasizing the significance of tests and procedures while monitoring adherence with the attending obstetrician.

• Facilitate virtual workshops and lectures on relevant topics such as childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care, should you be invited and have an interest.

• Create a welcoming and trusting environment that encourages the exchange of experiences and the humanization of care.

• Document consultations, tracking progress and feedback from pregnant women on the navigation platform.

• Collaborate with other professionals on the multidisciplinary team of the program, directing demands based on identified needs.

• Participate in meetings with the program's responsible team and the multidisciplinary team to discuss cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, with a specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics.

• Active registration with the CRM.

• Interest in working with prenatal care, gestational monitoring, and women's health; professionals in the early stages of their career or seeking to expand their experience in the field are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in remote consultations and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Empathetic profile, supportive demeanor, and active listening skills.

• Ability to organize records and remote follow-ups.

• Up-to-date technical knowledge regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

• Clear and welcoming communication with pregnant women.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Work schedule: Consultations will be conducted entirely remotely during business hours, by appointment. Each pregnant woman will have two video calls throughout the program, preferably around the 11th and 31st weeks of pregnancy, with potential adjustments based on needs and coordination agreements.

• Contract model: PJ – issuance of an Invoice.

• Agreed value: Provided during the initial contact with HR.
