This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design multi-currency measurement frameworks encompassing linear, CTV, and digital (panel, big data, ACR)
• Establish campaign KPIs (reach, frequency, co-viewing, outcomes) along with pre/post measurement strategies
• Recognize and document methodology discrepancies and construct client-facing narratives
• Oversee vendor calibration activities and record performance variances
• Integrate measurement commitments into upfront and scatter agreements (guarantees, makegoods, attribution)
• Create delivery trackers, currency comparison models, and scenario analyses
• Formulate counter-proposals and frameworks for measurement negotiations
• Provide guidance on deal structures with comprehensive risk/benefit assessments
• Convert multi-source audience data into executive-ready formats (scorecards, one-sheets, presentations)
• Facilitate research discussions with clients and agencies; justify methodologies and findings
• Produce campaign and quarterly reports comparing performance against guarantees
• Serve as a subject matter expert in product and data discussions, impacting measurement tools and dashboards
• Oversee third-party measurement vendors (data access, methodology validation, pilot programs)
• Remain updated on measurement trends (identity, attention, outcome-based purchasing)
• 8–10+ years of experience in media research, audience analytics, or advertising measurement
• In-depth knowledge of primary measurement currencies
• Experience in supporting upfront or scatter agreements from a measurement viewpoint
• Demonstrated capability in developing measurement frameworks and models
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline
