This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Ingest, organize, and publish EO photography, video, and design files from events and campaigns in EO’s digital asset management platforms.
• Develop and uphold an intuitive taxonomy, metadata standards, and tagging practices to ensure teams can efficiently locate the right assets.
• Curate exceptional, brand-aligned galleries for priority requirements (events, member storytelling, leadership, learning, and community moments).
• Oversee and manage EO’s media rights process, encompassing release forms, permissions, copyright attribution requirements, and usage restrictions.
• Establish straightforward intake and publishing workflows for EO events and campaigns, including file naming conventions and handoff checklists for production teams.
• Educate staff, regional teams, and key chapter leaders on how to access and utilize the library.
• Three to five years of experience in digital asset management, content operations, media production coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven track record of organizing complex information for easy reuse.
• Working knowledge of media rights, releases, and licensing, including fundamental copyright and attribution practices.
• Comfort in collaborating across teams and time zones, with a strong service-oriented mindset and clear written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital media tools and file formats (photo, video, audio) and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors, including defining scopes, coordinating deliverables, and processing invoices.
