This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Review and catalog raw show footage and behind-the-scenes content, tagging and highlighting key moments for easy access.
β’ Develop and sustain organized, searchable media archives that facilitate marketing and post-production processes.
β’ Alleviate workflow challenges for editors by cutting selects or downloading assets as required.
β’ Identify and flag relevant footage for trailers, teasers, social clips, and marketing purposes.
β’ Maintain consistent logging and systems to ensure a high volume of footage is easily navigable.
β’ Assist in identifying and showcasing exceptional moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in post-production, media coordination, or a comparable role.
β’ Exceptional organizational and media management skills; a strong passion for structure and efficiency.
β’ Proficient knowledge of editing software and asset management tools (e.g., Frame.io, Premiere Pro, Google Drive, etc.).
β’ Capability to manage large volumes of footage seamlessly.
β’ Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
β’ Familiarity with digital-first content formats (YouTube, shorts, social-first edits) is highly advantageous.
