Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-scheduled in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver exceptional professional customer service that aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations.

• Build, sustain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, handle product inquiries, coordinate in-home measurements, and manage installation processes.

• Conduct precise measurements and calculations, review, and present quotes.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions to comprehend their project requirements and product needs.

• Explain the features and benefits of merchandise and outline the steps for project completion.

• Show extensive knowledge of products and services to address customer queries effectively.

• Recognize opportunities to introduce customers to additional service programs.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Travel between various locations and provide assistance to company sites as necessary.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable mode of transportation is required.

• High school diploma or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Regularly lift, move, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment weighing between 8–20 pounds.

• Capability to travel between different locations is essential.

• Proficiency in using company-issued devices is required.

• No prior leadership experience is necessary.
