Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately execute daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service while nurturing customer relationships.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination.

• Provide precise measurements, calculations, quote evaluations, and presentations.

• Clearly articulate merchandise features and benefits, and outline project steps.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to engage customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on designated tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Travel between locations and offer support to company sites as necessary.

• Meet goals for customer service, measurement accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is needed.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously.

• Regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is a requirement.
