M&E Engineering Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Efficiently operate and maintain all building systems, serving as the Duty Authorised Person (LV) when necessary and issuing relevant site permits as part of the Safe System of Work.

• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and address reactive tasks.

• Perform comprehensive building tours to detect and rectify defects.

• Ensure updates to systems are accurate.

• Implement statutory inspections in a timely manner and keep precise records for fire safety, access equipment, and water hygiene.

• Verify that work carried out by specialist service providers meets quality standards, escalating any recommendations to the Technical Manager as needed.

• Uphold outstanding housekeeping standards across all plant areas, workshops, stores, and rest areas.

• Promptly identify necessary materials and complete internal Materials Request Forms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation certification.

• Prior experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person.

• C&G 2360 Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent qualification).

• C&G 2391 certification (desirable).

• Extensive knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation pertaining to safe working practices.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
