This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise facility evaluations according to established guidelines
• Provide leadership during weekly PDPM meetings at facilities
• Monitor and track the effective use of PDPM tools
• Develop clinical reporting systems
• Conduct monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS-related regulations
• Monitor QM and QASP performance metrics
• Assist with the review of MDS/PDPM claims
• Deliver training for new MDS Coordinators
• Create performance evaluation systems for MDS Nurses
• Ensure MDS Assessments are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate interdisciplinary involvement in MDS for incoming admissions
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent Accredited Nursing Program Degree
• MDS certification is preferred
• Experience in clinical and management positions, ideally in a regional or corporate context
• Familiarity with CMS/OIG surveys and regulations
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
