Math AI Training Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated mathematical challenges for the training and assessment of cutting-edge AI systems.

• Develop deterministic problems that have a single correct solution.

• Produce comprehensive, verified solutions while thoroughly documenting the reasoning process.

• Design problems that assess profound mathematical reasoning rather than mere memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools, where appropriate, to construct computational workflows.

• Ensure that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and articulated clearly in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Mathematics or a closely allied discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics.

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or similar.

• Strong understanding of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational techniques.

• Capability to design original and challenging problems that reflect authentic mathematical processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong technical writing skills in English.

• Preferred: Experience with symbolic math systems, theorem provers, optimization solvers, or other mathematical software.

• Background in designing problems at the olympiad, graduate, or research levels.

• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or designing technical assessments.
