This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate material deliveries, inventory management, and storage operations.
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for tracking materials and documenting issues.
• Process purchase order receipts using the LN ERP System and ensure received materials match purchase orders.
• Identify and address shortages, discrepancies, and damaged materials.
• Provide guidance to employees on the proper handling, storage, preservation, and transportation of materials and equipment.
• Manage receiving processes at job sites throughout the duration of projects.
• Review delivery documentation and driver paperwork.
• Coordinate unloading and confirm quantities against packing slips.
• Document any shortages or discrepancies with drivers before deliveries depart the site.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to organize material staging and storage locations.
• Keep well-organized records and paperwork for receiving activities.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding missing materials, shortages, and quality issues.
• Facilitate the movement of materials to installation areas and monitor staging, relocation, installation, and usage.
• Keep track of materials used in areas that differ from project plans or drawings.
• Assist the Superintendent with dumpsters, portable restrooms, equipment, propane, fuel, and other site resources.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the assigned Regional Field Coordinator.
• Monitor propane and diesel fuel levels and coordinate deliveries or cage replacements.
• Act as the onsite point of contact for deliveries and the placement of site support equipment and services.
• Receive, inspect, and sign for equipment deliveries while coordinating returns.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and Superintendent concerning material, vendor, and delivery challenges.
• Schedule vendor and transportation delivery and pickup appointments.
• Track material shortages and follow up with vendors until issues are resolved.
• Maintain consumable supply inventory and reorder materials following established procedures.
• Submit order requests and inventory replenishment forms to the Regional Field Coordinator.
• Proficient understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in material coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations, or related fields within the construction, industrial, or material handling sectors.
• Current Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Preferred experience in receiving, tracking, and managing construction materials at active job sites.
• Preferred experience operating 10K forklifts, telehandlers, high-reach forklifts, or similar construction and warehouse machinery.
• Ability to work in active construction environments.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended durations.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Regular travel to job sites as necessary.
