Master's Fellow – Process and Data Analyst, Automation & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a scalable, sustainable operational framework focused on maximizing efficiency.

• Alleviate the workload for the commercial team, allowing them to concentrate on higher-value tasks.

• Improve the customer experience by simplifying, standardizing, and scaling operational procedures.

• Assist in the transformation of the customer service model, ensuring seamless integration between processes, personnel, and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree.

• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Python.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Expertise in data cleaning and modeling.

• Ability to create executive dashboards.

• Experience in data analytics.

• Competence in statistical analysis.

• Knowledge of ETL and data preparation processes.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agents.

• Understanding of Machine Learning (preferred).

• Knowledge of Generative AI (preferred).

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).

• Background in Python automation (preferred).

• Involvement in operational efficiency projects (preferred).

• Understanding of operational KPIs (SLA, AHT/Average Handling Time, Productivity, NPS) (preferred).
