This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, sustain, and oversee intricate integrated master schedules (IMS) for various projects and programs.
• Construct project schedules based on work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, and program specifications.
• Set up logical task sequencing, predecessor/successor relationships, dependencies, milestones, constraints, and resource allocations.
• Uphold schedule integrity through consistent validation, quality assurance, and configuration management practices.
• Conduct analyses of the critical path, float, schedule variance, and trends to pinpoint potential risks and impacts on project execution.
• Formulate and maintain schedule baselines, documenting approved schedule modifications.
• Facilitate schedule status reviews with project managers, functional managers, and leadership.
• Generate executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Recognize schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure schedule alignment with organizational priorities, resource availability, and program goals.
• Offer expert advice on Microsoft Project capabilities, scheduling methodologies, and best practices.
• Create standardized scheduling processes, templates, and reporting systems.
• Educate project managers and team members on scheduling techniques and the use of Microsoft Project.
• Assist in project planning, resource forecasting, and portfolio-level scheduling initiatives.
• Coordinate schedule integration across multiple projects to identify interdependencies and resource conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to organizational scheduling standards, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in developing and managing complex project schedules.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project.
• Experience in managing integrated master schedules for large, complex programs.
• Proven ability to analyze schedule performance and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.
