This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee intricate Master Data Management and Operational Support projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones align with the goals of the enterprise supply chain.
• Supervise the training and auditing of system requesters to ensure compliance with national purchasing and payables policies as well as regulatory standards.
• Manage the Requester Support ecosystem, providing guidance on educational materials, emergency notifications, and newsletters.
• Configure ERP systems tailored to specific locations, supplier account frameworks, and advanced requester profiles.
• Work collaboratively with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to investigate and resolve discrepancies related to requesters and to address systemic process gaps.
• Develop custom tools and feedback systems aimed at enhancing the end-user supply chain experience.
• Utilize insights from data-driven surveys to foster ongoing process improvements.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience.
• OR Associate's degree.
• OR Bachelor's degree.
• OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
