Marketing & Social Media Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Draft, compile, and coordinate content for our monthly commercial newsletter.

• Offer ad-hoc support to the sales and account management teams by assisting in the creation and refinement of customer-facing presentations.

• Oversee daily posting schedules and basic content translation for Lyra’s localized European professional profiles.

• Establish, launch, and monitor both paid and organic lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn.

• Act as the primary internal point of contact for our external SEO agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in similar roles, focusing on digital marketing, social media coordination, or commercial bimonthly communications. Experience in a B2B tech or corporate benefits setting is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Outstanding native-level written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. To effectively manage our regional translation and localization tasks, fluency in 1 or 2 European languages is ideal, with a strong preference for Spanish and French.

• A solid grasp of basic SEO best practices (including keyword placement and metadata structure) and practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You should be very comfortable using scheduling tools and tracking baseline metrics.

• Must be permanently located in the United Kingdom with full, unrestricted legal rights to live and work. The role is fully remote from the UK, necessitating strong organizational skills to collaborate effectively with a distributed European team.
