This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement comprehensive engagement marketing campaigns from start to finish, utilizing email, in-product banners, push notifications, SMS, landing pages, and forms/surveys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and propose viable technical solutions prior to commencement of development.
• Identify and create target audiences using platform filters, custom logic, and lifecycle attributes, then verify these audiences with SQL before implementation.
• Write and modify SQL queries to extract lists, validate data, conduct quality assurance on segment counts, and respond to ad hoc data inquiries during the development phase.
• Create logic-based, event-triggered customer journeys and multi-step automations using enterprise marketing automation tools.
• Oversee and manage campaign-related data sources and integrations to ensure accurate data flow during campaigns.
• Develop and troubleshoot forms utilized for lead capture, sign-ups, and survey routing.
• Adhere to stringent deployment timelines while maintaining a thorough quality assurance process, including both self-review and peer review.
• Independently manage a varied production queue, prioritizing tasks across stakeholders, identifying conflicts early, and escalating issues only when necessary.
• Provide support to stakeholders through training, documentation, and access to tools.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing production or the development of digital communications.
• Advanced proficiency in creating campaigns within enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Eloqua.
• Proficient in SQL: capable of reading, editing, and validating queries, understanding joins and query logic, and identifying errors in generated queries.
• Strong audience segmentation skills, translating stakeholder intentions into precise targeting logic.
• Experience in developing multi-channel campaigns and multi-step, event-triggered journeys, rather than solely single sends.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for troubleshooting emails and landing pages.
• Proven history of delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work in a collaborative production environment.
• Ability to navigate urgency and ambiguity: capable of interpreting vaguely defined requests, evaluating trade-offs, and determining a course of action without a prescribed process.
• Familiarity with email compliance and privacy principles, including opt-in/opt-out preferences, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Generous paid time off and flexible work schedule.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
