This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and nurture the marketing team by managing and mentoring a skilled group, conducting regular one-on-ones, offering clear guidance and feedback, and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and company goals.
• Supervise the execution of marketing efforts by collaborating with the team to create marketing materials such as website content, landing pages, campaigns, and promotional assets; review and enhance marketing copy to ensure it aligns with the company's messaging and positioning.
• Propel digital marketing strategies by overseeing and actively participating in website optimization, landing page creation, SEO, AEO, Google Ads, digital advertising programs, marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and conversion optimization across digital platforms.
• Organize marketing systems and priorities to ensure that marketing initiatives are structured and purposeful, assisting in project prioritization based on impact, collaborating with leadership to refine messaging and marketing strategy, and coordinating efforts with internal teams and external marketing partners.
• Possess experience in both leading teams and developing marketing systems.
• Have approximately 5-7 years of marketing experience, including some experience in coordinating or managing a small team.
• Be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, but primarily be action-oriented.
• Have managed marketing campaigns or initiatives from inception to completion, demonstrating tangible results.
• Hold strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, paid media, and website optimization.
• Exhibit sound judgment when assessing messaging, copy, and overall campaign quality.
• Be adept at utilizing marketing data and performance indicators to inform decision-making.
• Leverage AI solutions to enhance the speed and quality of your work.
• Maintain a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Embrace the philosophy of viewing marketing as a system that can be perpetually enhanced, rather than merely a series of tasks.
• Critically evaluate messaging and positioning, consistently questioning whether copy and campaigns effectively advance the buyer's journey.
• Excel in fast-paced environments with a high volume of simultaneous marketing initiatives.
• Exhibit humility, a desire to learn, and a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when necessary.
