Marketing Manager – AI-native Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Scale paid advertising efforts: oversee Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with six-figure budgets, focusing on conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Enhance landing pages, sales funnels, and HubSpot workflows; conduct A/B testing.

• Identify and expand suitable paid channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok.

• Establish and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting using GA4, GTM, and HubSpot.

• Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and cost per acquisition (CPA) and optimize based on insights.

• Create CRM workflows in HubSpot, automate processes with Make, and develop email sequences.

• Detect and address reasons for non-converting leads.

• Assemble a small performance team in the medium term.

• Collaborate directly with the founders on growth strategies, marketing operations, and initiatives aimed at revenue generation.

• Assume complete responsibility for the marketing and growth engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with growth experiments, preferably in a startup or scale-up setting.

• Practical experience in performance marketing and/or growth across various channels, including Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and GTM or similar alternatives.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.

• Skilled in using automation tools like Make and Zapier or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with lead-generation platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

• Preferred: experience with CRM and automation systems, especially HubSpot, Make, and Zapier.

• Preferred: knowledge in SEO, SEA (search engine advertising), and GEO (geo-targeting).

• Preferred: initial experience in building small teams.

• Preferred: background in Legal, FinTech, or SaaS industries.
