This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of the acquisition analytics pipeline from start to finish, developing a thorough understanding of our growth engine.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of funnel performance across various channels, campaigns, creatives, audiences, and locations to identify actionable optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and articulate key business drivers such as CAC/CPA, conversion rates, retention, LTV, and ROI/ROAS.
• Design advanced measurement frameworks that provide a clear and reliable assessment of marketing performance.
• Create and sustain robust Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models to accurately attribute every touchpoint in the customer journey.
• Develop and implement Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to understand the macro-level effects of our diverse spending.
• Lead comprehensive incrementality measurement to ensure that we're achieving genuine business growth, rather than mere activity.
• Design and carry out geo-tests and other experimental approaches to test growth hypotheses.
• Establish success metrics and implement rigorous control groups to maintain the integrity of experiments.
• Size tests for statistical significance and convert complex results into clear guidance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the growth team, providing confident recommendations on scaling based on data.
• Convert intricate analyses into concise, actionable recommendations focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Present findings using business-centric language and compelling visualizations for audiences ranging from growth teams to C-level executives.
• Actively promote enhancements in tracking infrastructure, data quality, and automated reporting.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data strategy aligns with business objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar data-intensive role.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of MTA and MMM methodologies — you have developed these models rather than just utilized them.
• Strong instincts for experimentation: you know how to design a well-structured test and how to handle messy results.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable using Python or R for modeling tasks.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms, business intelligence tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or similar), and web analytics.
• Ability to communicate with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in fintech or high-growth B2C/B2B SaaS is a significant advantage.
