Marketing Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Be part of a mission-oriented team focused on leading sustainable inflight service management.

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

• Work closely with the Growth and Product Teams.

• Develop persuasive content that engages prospects and transforms them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and events.

• Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives.

• Craft customized content for particular airline accounts or targeted demographics.

• Aid in the production of marketing materials such as website copy, brochures, and presentations.

• Generate and distribute captivating multimedia content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

• Monitor and report on the performance metrics of campaigns.

• Provide support to Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams with marketing materials and communication requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or communications within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Strong skills in content creation and design, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English (C1 level).

• Capacity to work independently and proactively in a remote work setting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, adapting to varying priorities and perspectives.

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics with the capability to extract insights for improvement.

• Interest in sustainability and/or the airline sector.

• Willingness to assist with events, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute beyond core duties.
